Position Title: CNC Machine Operator
Wage: $20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm QPS Employment Group has a great CNC Machine Operator position at a company in Belleville, WI. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Set-up CNC machine. - Monitor the machine for malfunctions. - Conduct quality inspections of products to ensure standards are met. - Make tool changes. - Make minor adjustments to programs. - Light assembly, flipping oddly shaped boards and ability to use hand tools. - Read and follow work instructions. - Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area. - Placing wood panels on conveyors to move from one area to the next stage of finishing process. - Utilize vacuum lift to lift products. CNC Machine Operator Requirements: - Vision requirements of normal color and depth perception. - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a repetitive basis for duration of shift. - Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend and stoop throughout the for duration of shift. - Ability to work in different climates for duration of shift. - Knowledge of basic household tools with ability to use a router. - Knowledge of basic mathematics. - Must be able to read a tape measure. - Ability to work assigned hours on different shifts, including overtime and on short notice. - Ability to work in different climates for duration of shift. - Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. monroe@qpsemployment.com IND038 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
