• Location: New Britain, CT


• Shift: Monday to Friday (07:00am to 3:30pm)

Day in the Life of a Production Worker:

• Performs various bench or line operations per written specifications.


• Performs associated duties as instructed such as labeling, packaging, deburring, routing and etc.


• Responsible for quality assurance on performed operations.


• Responsible for material handling, counting and weighing finished product and related paperwork.


• May use hand or power tools.


• Informs supervisor immediately of any problems or discrepancies associated with operations or production runs.


• Records in-process information as required.


• Performs other assigned duties.

• Strong commitment to high level of service and quality standards


• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop and lead teams


• Ability to plan and organize


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines


• Strong sense of urgency; self-directed

While performing the duties of this job the incumbent will have to sit, stand and or walk for the majority of the shift. The incumbent is required to regularly talk or hear while fulfilling the duties of the job. The incumbent may have to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and push and or pull carts with up to 70 pounds.
