About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven MultiProject Manager for New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent NPI programs from concept through industrialization and ramptoproduction. This role ensures alignment across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver launches on time, within scope, and at target cost.

As the MultiProject Manager, you will drive disciplined project execution, establish project governance, mitigate risks, and serve as the central communication hub across all stakeholders. You will influence at multiple levels of the organization while managing complex timelines, technical challenges, and crossfunctional dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple NPI projects simultaneously, from early concept phases through pilot build, qualification, and volume production.
  • Own project planning, including scope definition, schedules, resources, risk management, and deliverables.
  • Drive adherence to NPI processes, phasegate requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional project teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance).
  • Facilitate regular project reviews, status reporting, and communication to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate appropriately.
  • Ensure manufacturing readiness, process capability, yield targets, and stable ramp.
  • Support cost analysis, BOM validation, PFMEA, control plans, and process qualification activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across NPI methodologies, tooling readiness, and project governance.
  • Champion structured problem solving and datadriven decision making.
Who we are looking for

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in NPI, manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, or other regulated/highcomplexity industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, DFx principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Experience with structured stagegate project management frameworks
  • High proficiency in project planning tools such as Jira

Preferred:

  • PMP, Agile or similar certification.
  • Experience in industrial automation, sensors, LED/semiconductor systems, or precision manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools.
