As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will play a critical role in both launching new products and supporting existing production. This role is intentionally balanced between New Product Development (NPD) and Operations support. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: You have a strong mechanical aptitude, worked 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, and have a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent experience. You have hands-on experience supporting NPD or product launches and understand what it takes to successfully transition a design into production. You're highly analytical, using data to drive decisions and continuously improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). You're comfortable reviewing drawings, troubleshooting parts and processes, and collaborating with designs teams to ensure manufacturability. Education
Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering (required)
Experience
2 - 3 years: NPD manufacturing engineering experience (required)
