As a Sales Enablement Consultant, you will play a key role in onboarding, upskilling, and supporting dealer sales teams and designers-helping them build confidence, capability, and credibility in representing Steelcase solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing learning engagements for dealer sales teams and designers, with a strong focus on product knowledge and consultative sales skills

  • Proactively engage Steelcase and dealer leadership to align on learning priorities and regional needs

  • Develop and deliver dealer-specific training plans to increase share of wallet and overall sales effectiveness

  • Facilitate in person and virtual learning engagements with groups and one-on-one coaching

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Support, Product Marketing, Channel, and Brand Communications to deliver aligned learning experiences

  • Participate in continuous learning to stay current on new products, programs, and sales content

  • Build trusted relationships across dealer and internal teams to support ongoing coaching and development

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in the furniture industry

  • Ideally located in either Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills across diverse audiences

  • Ability to influence and establish credibility with leadership-level stakeholders

  • Experience identifying learning needs and translating them into actionable training solutions

  • Deep understanding of Steelcase sales and dealer organizations

  • Knowledge of Steelcase products, programs, and services and their application to customer needs

  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs

  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills in a highly matrixed environment

  • Passion for helping people learn, with demonstrated evidence in prior roles
