Job Description

As theHRProject Manager, you will lead and deliver highimpact programs across the global HR organization. You will shape and manage a diverse portfolio of HR and enterprise transformation projects, ensuring agreement to strategy and crossfunctional collaboration. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager you will bring a foundation in project and change management, excels at bringing structure to complex problems, and grows in a global environment. You will help promote and improve employee experiences and supporting the broader transformation strategy across PPG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR project intake and portfolio governance process, driving prioritization, backlog management, and strategic agreement while facilitating crossfunctional collaboration to ensure portfolio goals are achieved.

  • Build project scope, goals, and success metrics by developing integrated plans with milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Be a primary contact for project updates, decision escalations, and critical communications.

  • Ensure successful project delivery by coordinating change strategies, communication plans, and readiness activities.

  • Improve adoption of programs by allowing training, communication, and support resources.

  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset aligned with business and HR goals.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, improve the efficiency, and enhance the delivery of HR programs.

  • Collaborate with project sponsors and team members to ensure clear ownership of activities and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Project Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field required.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management or continuous improvement roles, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.

  • PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferred.

  • Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and support adoption of these methodologies within the organization.

  • Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, and change management frameworks, and HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow (including project implementations).

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
