Crew Leader Floor (CL3)

As directed by supervisor, in addition to the responsibilities for the specific production position the leader performs, he/she also directs the activities of the crew to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency and product quality.

Direct team for maximum productivity.

Verify integrity of truss set up and QA tags.

Give partial job direction to stackers.

Ensure efficient material utilization

Train/develop future crew leaders.

Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to lift 50 pounds.

Able to read or able to learn to read a shop drawing.
