Title: Facilities Planner/Space Planner
Location: ON-Site York, PA Industry: Industrial Manufacturing / Military Vehicles Pay/Duration: 46.80 per Hour / 6 months plus contract to hire KEY SKILLS: Space Planning / Office Layout / AutoCad / Desktop Publishing / MS Excel / Spatial Visualization Manage, coordinate and plan the utilization of new facilities, renovations, layouts equipment updates, and utilities support; may include modernization, maintenance along with investigates and implements Ergonomic, OSHA and EPA requirements, ensuring compliance to local, state, and federal codes. RESPONSIBILITIES Office interior design. Assists with office layouts, recommendations, fit outs, furniture purchases and overall coordination efforts. Space planning to include setting up new or renovating existing areas. Monitors and coordinates activities of maintenance and/or subcontractors to ensure compliance with schedules and project scope. Utilize Computer Aided Layout and Planning Systems; Experience with AutoCAD is required. Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, federal, state and local regulations during project activities. Facilitates discussion/programming of space requirements (headcount/growth, allocations, adjacencies, special support needs) with organizational/functional units. Executes change management process for unplanned and special project requests.
