Overview LMI is seeking a highly qualified Human-Centered Design (HCD) Engineer to support the Army Training Information System (ATIS) program. This position is on a cross-functional Agile team within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Release Train (ART). This role is essential to shaping user experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with user needs. You will collaborate with product managers, system architects, engineers, and end-users to ensure that user insights drive solution design from concept to deployment and release. The target salary range for this position is up to- $115,000 The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
