  • Ensure systems remain stable, scalable, and aligned with current and future business operations.

CRM, ERP & Workflow Leadership

  • Continuously improve CRM and ERP systems to support operational forecasting, financial visibility, and operational excellence.
  • Design systems that support a distributed field workforce, independent contractors, and integrations with national partners.
  • Transform operational needs into scalable automation and structured workflows.
  • Eliminate manual workarounds by embedding real world processes directly into the systems.

  • Oversee integrations to ensure they are reliable, scalable, and operationally aligned.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure systems run on secure, dependable infrastructure.

Reporting, Automation & Enterprise Insights

  • Oversee system generated reporting across operations, sales, scheduling, accounting, and inventory.
  • Translate operational data into clear, actionable insights that support executive decision making.
  • Drive automation initiatives that improve accuracy, throughput, and operational efficiency.

Executive Partnership & System Accountability

  • Serve as the operational systems partner to executive leadership.
  • Increase process discipline by ensuring systems-not policies-govern workflows.
  • Own documentation, training, change management, and adoption across the enterprise.

  • Experience integrating CRM, ERP, field execution, finance, and third party platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, workflow automation, and enterprise data structures.
