Group: Architecture + Interiors Position: Senior Project Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN (on site) Our architects pursue design excellence with a desire to improve the interactions we have with each other and our built environment. We are ranked as the fifth-largest architectural firm in the greater Indianapolis area. Our Architecture Group includes almost 40 distinguished architects, interior designers, planners, graphic designers, and LEED-accredited professionals with direct access to our more than 700 professionals across 11 disciplines. Our collaborative design approach brings to light creative solutions to complex challenges, while balancing social, environmental, and economic realities. We orchestrate the design process with a full range of services, from programming and concept design, through architecture, interior and graphic design, and construction administration services. Responsibilities The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for complex architectural and interior design projects from inception through completion. This role ensures design excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction while mentoring project managers and coordinators. The Senior Project Manager is a key contributor to business development, actively cultivating client relationships, leading pursuits, and positioning the firm for growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously. Leadership & Client Engagement
