This role blends expert one-on-one and group career coaching with the design and delivery of high-impact training programs, focusing on essential skills for consulting, analytics, and technology careers. By proactively managing and optimizing the career technology ecosystem, this specialist ensures students have access to the most relevant tools and resources. A key responsibility is to leverage data to identify skill gaps, source innovative solutions, and continuously enhance the career services platform to empower students in a competitive job market.

Student Career Coaching
* Provide high-quality career coaching to a portfolio of graduate business students, particularly in analytics, consulting, and technology.
* Conduct one-on-one sessions to help students with self-assessment, career exploration, and goal setting.
* Provide expert feedback and guidance on creating and refining application materials to meet industry standards and pass through Applicant Tracking Systems (
ATS).
* Conduct mock interviews, providing feedback on communication style, and helping students develop strategies for various interview formats.
* Assist with the development of effective job search strategies, including identifying target companies, leveraging online platforms, and building a professional network.
* Coach students on how to effectively negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms.
* Help students develop and manage their professional brand, including optimizing their LinkedIn profiles and other online presences.
* Recommend and enact programming to assist International
MBA students to navigate the US job search.

Student Training and Skill Development Programming
* Assess student training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, or consultation with hiring managers, or other customer representatives.
* Design, develop, and deliver training modules for students including but not limited to, Excel, PowerPoint slide design, and data visualization through Tableau and other tools as recommended.
* Obtain, organize, and/or develop training procedure manuals and guides for use in above programs.
* Maintain and update training materials, exercises, hand-outs, and exams to reflect best practices; incorporate changes in policies, processes, forms or systems in response to student feedback.
* Research specific training programs to help students improve skills sought by
MBA/
MSBA employers, recommend and implement appropriate training modules.

Case Interview Coaching & Curriculum Development
* Lead the development and delivery of targeted case interview preparation resources for students pursuing roles in consulting, strategy, tech, and related fields.
* Provide 1:1 case interview coaching, including frameworks, fit interview prep, and real-time feedback on case performance.
* Train and support career coaches in delivering effective case interview preparation, ensuring consistency and quality across the team.
* Collaborate with Consulting Club to design and deliver targeted workshops, secure guest speakers from alumni and employer networks, and provide specialized coaching and resources that complement the club's objectives.
* Coordinate with alumni, employers, and student clubs to deliver mock interview programs, case competitions, and peer-led case practice initiatives.
* Stay current on industry trends and evolving recruiting standards in consulting and case-heavy roles; adjust programming and coaching strategies accordingly.
* Conduct instructor-led training sessions for students on individual and group case consulting interviews.

Career Technology and Resource Management
*Utilize data analytics to assess resource usage and effectiveness, providing recommendations to leadership on technology investments and strategic partnerships.
*Develop and implement communication and training strategies to drive high levels of student engagement and proficiency with existing resources.
*Conducting ongoing needs assessments and feedback sessions with students and employers to identify critical gaps in the current suite of tools and resources.
* Research, vet, and recommend new career development technologies and platforms to fill identified gaps, and managing the procurement process as needed.
* Manage online recruiting systems from annual setup of account parameters through managing student, alumni and employer accounts, train staff and students; Collaborate with Atlanta
MBA careers team,
UGA Career Center and Undergraduate Student Services & Corporate Relations on system use.
* Troubleshoot issues with systems and resolve them quickly to best effect, communicating with impacted constituents as necessary.
* Serve as primary point person on all student and employer resource systems, measure usage and effectiveness, shepherd vendor contracts through office and university processes, evaluate and make recommendations for future use.
