Position Summary
Reports to FTMBA/ MSBA Associate Director, Corporate Relations (50%) and to FTMBA/ MSBA Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships (50%).
This role serves as a key operational and strategic support position for the Full-Time MBA & MSBA Career Management Center's corporate engagement efforts. The position combines relationship management, systems administration, and marketing communications to strengthen connections between students, alumni, and industry partners while ensuring smooth operations across all corporate engagement activities.
The successful candidate will manage recruiting operations and employer relationships, develop and maintain CRM systems for tracking corporate and alumni engagement, create compelling marketing content to promote programs and opportunities, oversee partnership documentation processes, and provide critical employment data analysis and reporting for program improvement and rankings compliance.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to utilize computer programs, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suites, and Adobe Products
  • Ability to perform statistical analysis and build and customize spreadsheets to meet specific purposes
  • High degree of professionalism and relationship management skill
  • Strong attention to detail

Recruiting & Relationship Management:

  • Plan, manage, execute, evaluate, and improve recruiting operations to maximize student employment and strength and number of recruiting relationships.
  • Plan and attend events to bring students together with employers and alumni in conjunction with Associate Director of Corporate Relations.
  • Assist Associate Director of Corporate Relations and Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships in planning, coordinating, and publicizing recruiting/networking events and market treks.

Marketing & Communications:

  • Develop content and execute CMC's print and digital marketing communications, including student profiles, corporate playbook, employment reports, student photographs, newsletter content, event campaigns, board meeting presentations, and other communications
  • Supply content for web pages targeted to companies, students, and prospective students, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
  • Build strong working relationships with MBA Admissions, Terry College Office of Marketing & Communications, and other constituencies as appropriate
  • Market job opportunities and events to appropriate students from multiple programs on multiple campuses; communicate effectively with staff and faculty across campuses

CRM Systems Management:

  • Develop robust CRM for employer and alumni representative information, populate and maintain data for multiple uses including office outreach, student mentoring, and on-campus or virtual presentations.
  • Troubleshoot issues with systems and resolve them quickly to best effect, communicating with impacted members of the office and other constituents as necessary.
  • Conduct data analysis to explore the effectiveness of corporate relations; recommend and implement needed changes and process improvements.

Document Process Management:

  • Assist Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships in developing and managing partnership agreement documentation process.
  • Act as the key liaison between the legal, business, and IT teams to ensure all parties are aligned on the agreement process.
  • Lead the initiative to automate the creation, collection, approval, and signing of agreements. This includes designing workflows, configuring software, and integrating the solution with existing business systems.
  • Track key metrics related to the agreement process and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Employment Data Collection & Reporting:

  • Collect, calculate, report, and maintain student employment data and statistics in compliance with Career Services & Employer Alliance (CSEA) standards.
  • Manage and execute all aspects of Full-Time MBA and MSBA employment reporting for rankings organizations in conjunction with CMC Director, Full-Time MBA Program Director, and Rankings Coordinator.
  • Analyze employment data to create insights that drive program improvements.
