Provides broad-based support for the development, implementation and administration of HR programs and policies. Provides consulting services to general management on a variety of issues related to HR including employment, recruiting, employee relations, HR programs and policies. Essential Duties
Minimal Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related discipline required. Minimum Experience Five (5) years related experience. A related advanced degree may offset experience requirement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical, quantitative, and PC software skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting, and process and project management skills. Frequent travel may be required. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish/English), SHRM Certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP),QDM Certification, and Hub/ Ramp experience preferred.
