The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Chromalloy. They play a critical role in ensuring that the company's staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.


This role will work a hybrid work schedule from our Phoenix, AZ facility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to find potential candidates.
  • Screening Applications: Review resumes and cover letters to determine the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
  • Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the ATS.
  • Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as necessary.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting. Aerospace manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but is not required.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS). Dayforce is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including sort/filter, basic functions, formatting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
