Your Team, Your Impact

The Senior Staff Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance organization, serving as a trusted business partner to senior leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders. This role is responsible for delivering highquality financial insights, analysis, and decision support across planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. The analyst works closely with business partners to understand operational drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

The group operates in a fastpaced, datadriven environment and plays a critical role in supporting strategic and operational decisionmaking. The Senior Staff Financial Analyst is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, manage ambiguity, and proactively drive process improvements that enhance financial visibility, accuracy, and efficiency. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and nonfinance stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

What You Can Expect

  • Provide support on financial modeling and analytical support for new product introductions, targeted investments, and other business initiatives

  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles and related deliverables. Partner with business leaders to ensure forecast is properly balanced, considers evolving business dynamics and historical trends, and includes the appropriate level of ambition for performance.

  • Complete monthly activities to ensure proper accounting controls. Month-end responsibilities include accrual management, variance analyses, metric tracking, and report preparation

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and finance peers to foster best practice sharing and implement continuous improvement practices across the organization

  • Drive development of dashboards to analyze results and enable data-driven decision making and tracking

  • This role will be on-site full time at either or Irvine or Santa Clara offices. Relocation will not be provided.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance related degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc) or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree

  • 5+ years of related professional experience

  • Specifically, at least 3 years of experience in high growth technology company with FP&A, Corporate Finance or Accounting. Semiconductor industry experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with various organizations at all levels

  • Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to work with incomplete information and deal with varying levels of ambiguity to provide insight from large data sets

  • Skilled at summarizing data for management reporting

  • Drive process improvements across multiple groups within FP&A and the larger finance organization

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

111,400 - 164,840, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
