Description

The Project Manager (PM) supports the OGI Center of Excellence (OCE) and plays a critical role in managing technical documentation, proposals, project setup, and project execution across OGI Service Lines. This position requires strong communication skills, deep understanding of OGI regulatory requirements, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management



  • Develop comprehensive project plans for Alliance OGI, including scope, tasks, logistics, personnel, and equipment using Transition Plans.
  • Set up, launch, and manage projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Track project progress, ensure milestones are met, and transition completed projects to the Operations Area Manager.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional efforts with Operations, Sales, Consulting, Safety, Quality, Finance, and Marketing.


Customer Engagement



  • Meet with clients to understand goals, expectations, and project requirements.
  • Present project plans, updates, and technical information to clients.
  • Ensure project setup and execution align with client objectives and regulatory needs.


Technical Expertise and Communication



  • Prepare technical presentations, documents, and plans for OCE.
  • Deliver presentations to clients and prospects through webinars, lunchandlearns, conferences, and meetings.
  • Support internal training and knowledge development for OGI personnel in partnership with Quality and Training teams.


Proposals and Cost Estimates



  • Manage proposal workflow in Salesforce for assigned offices.
  • Ensure proposals are delivered within Alliance Advantage due dates.
  • Collaborate with OCE, Sales, and Operations to develop accurate proposals and cost estimates based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, and pricing.
  • Maintain and update OGI proposal templates.
  • Communicate proposal issues, comments, and revisions clearly and professionally.


Qualifications

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of OGI/Project Management experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of OGI regulations and Oil & Gas processes.


Skills and Requirements



  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong work ethic.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work 40+ hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with the capacity to identify, manage, and communicate issues and assist in resolution.

In compliance with applicable Pay Transparency laws, Alliance Technical Group provides a range of compensation for job postings within locations that have these requirements. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The annual salary range begins $62,000 - $90,000.
