This role leads a team of 200+ teammates who deliver approximately 15,000 hires annually across frontline caregiver, corporate, leadership and executive roles. This leader will set strategy, drive execution, and continuously improve how DaVita attracts, hires, and onboards teammates, ensuring the right teammates are in the right roles at the right time to support exceptional patient care. This role will establish strong operating rhythms, governance, and stakeholder partnership models to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability across the enterprise hiring process. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $200,000.00 - $292,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
