Overview

AMERICAN SYSTEMSis seeking aDeputy Program Manager with11+ years of experience and a TS/SCI Clearanceto support The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) -Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract III Mission.


Responsibilities

    Assistin the administration of contract operations, execution of strategic initiatives, and oversight of staff, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate status tracking, support stakeholder communication, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with program controls and reporting.
  • Serve as acting Program Manager whenrequired.
  • Works in close Coordination EDLM/UDLM (Emergency/Urgent Depot Level Maintenance) manager

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors in IT, Cyber, CS, IS, Data Science, or SW Engineering OR equivalent DoD/Military training

Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI
Certifications: CCE, CCISO, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, DAWIA PM Advanced, GFACT, or GSLC certification.
Experience: 11+ YearsProficiencyin managing contract operations and strategic initiatives while providing oversight on staff allocation and resource use isrequired.

  • Strong organizational skills are essential to track status and manage deliverables effectively, ensuring adherence to program controls.
  • Capability tofacilitateeffective communication with stakeholders andmaintaincompliance with reporting standards isadvantageous.
  • Experience in administrative roles coupled with problem-solving skills supports assuming leadership roles whennecessitated.
  • Skilled in managing and supporting contract personnel, cost, safety, and security.
  • Skilled in managing and supporting contract personnel, cost, safety, and security.
  • Knowledge and compliance with OSHA, AFOSH, and federal safety standards.
