What you will be doing:

As an integral part of a fast-paced, progressive Human Resource team, this highly visible position will primarily play a vital role in attracting and hiring talented students for internship and full-time positions within an organization. They serve as the primary liaison between the company and college campuses, building strong relationships with students, faculty, and career services offices to promote the organization and identify high-potential candidates.

This position will also provide strategic staffing and sourcing strategies across the organization to assist in filling openings.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and Maintain Campus Relationships

  • Alignment/formulation of job descriptions with Human Resources Consultants and Compensation

  • Full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, qualifying and closing-candidates

  • Promote Employer Brand

  • Manage Candidate Pipeline

  • Coordinate Interview Logistics

  • Accurate and timely reporting and analysis

  • Coordinate with OD team for Internship program

Key Responsibilities

College Recruitment - 75%

  • Build and strengthen partnerships with college career centers, faculty, student organizations, and university administration to enhance the organization's campus presence.

  • Organize and Attend Campus Recruitment Events

  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and on-campus interviews to engage with students and promote job opportunities.

  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for alignment with company culture and job requirements.

  • Develop creative strategies to market the organization's brand and job openings to college students through social media, campus advertising, and partnerships.

  • Track and manage candidate interactions and progress using applicant tracking systems or other recruitment tools.

  • Arrange and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Compile and analyze data on recruitment activities and outcomes; provide regular updates and recommendations to HR leadership.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding transition with OD for internship program.

Other Recruitment - 25%

  • Support TA and Sourcing team with overflow needs outside of college recruitment program.

Required Qualifications

Work Experience:

Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more years

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Experience:

  • Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or campus relations is preferred.

  • Workday Recruiting module experience

  • Willingness to travel to college campuses and attend evening/weekend events as needed.

  • Ability to work independently on all recruiting/pipelining related tasks

  • 2-5 years applicable experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Working Conditions: Air conditioned office space Travel Requirements: Travel 21-40% within the US Physical Demands: Light: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the exertion of forces required is greater than that of sedentary work and if the worker remains stationary most of the time, the job is considered light work. Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $62,000 - $93,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
