Primary duty

The Training Coordinator will serve as first point of contact for Lakeview Center team members and customers and Lakeview Center's training department. The position will be responsible for assisting with pre-employment screening and on-boarding forms, assisting with training events, maintaining training records, generating necessary training reports, and representing Lakeview's training department.

HYBRID position - We have a Hybrid Work Program where team members work part of your time from a company location, and part of your time from a non-company location. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Roles Requirements:

  • Associate degree in related field or two (2) years related work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) years customer service experience in an office environment.
  • Must have the ability to work independently with good decision-making skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Must possess professional verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable dealing with the public.
  • Requires proficient computer skills, ability to learn new software and programs and must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Pay range: $20.22 - $22.25 per hour. Salary is based on experience.
