The Product Consultant manages, configures, and supports the TeamConnect platform for Legal Services and Legal Billing.
This role partners with Legal, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure a secure, stable, and scalable solution aligned with business needs.
The role also designs and develops Java-based integrations and microservices to enable seamless data exchange with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and customize TeamConnect modules (Matter Management, Legal Billing, Vendor Management, Reporting)
Configure workflows, rules, security, forms, and billing processes
Develop Java/Spring customizations, integrations, and REST APIs
Build and support microservices and enterprise system integrations
Serve as primary support contact for TeamConnect enhancements and issues
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
Support UAT, deployments, upgrades, and reporting
Ensure system health, data integrity, and compliance

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of TeamConnect administration and customization
6+ years of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST API development
Strong understanding of legal matter management and legal billing
Experience with SaaS configuration, integrations, and microservices
