As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver Huntington Beach, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, perform driving patrols as needed, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to resident concerns, and communicate clearly with your team. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site management and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or dispatch.
• Complete accurate shift reports and incident documentation, including observations from patrols and any follow-up actions taken.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years of security experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
