Join us as our new Probiotics Global Regulatory Senior Partner Provide strategic regulatory leadership as the business partner to Novonesis' Human Health (HHB) organization and its innovative product portfolio. Welcome to the Human Health BioSolutions (HHB) Regulatory Affairs Global Coordination team In our department we are responsible to develop, life-cycle managing and supporting claims/communication of products globally fitting with the very fragmented and ever changing regulatory framework for dietary supplements and early life nutrition ingredients as Biotics, Human Milk Oligosaccharides and Precision Proteins for specialized nutrition. You will be working together with great colleagues who love what they do and are always ready to share their knowledge and experience. We are part of the Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS) organization, where the HHB Regulatory Affairs team, a group of over 30 people, spreads over 4 key regions and is split into three pillars: Advocacy and Intelligence; Regional teams and Global Coordination. In this role you'll make an impact by:
Providing regulatory guidance and strategic direction to Human Health Senior Leadership and work closely with other HHB functions (Commercial, R&D, Operations, IP, QA) to deliver business results. Driving the Customer Centricity Journey of the Regulatory support to the human health business Providing regulatory project management, support, and guidance for Global Innovation Projects (New Product Developments). Providing regulatory product management, support, and guidance for existing strains by representing Regulatory Affairs on the Human Health Products Management Team (PMT). Leading the Market Access continuity initiative, ensuring product-related regulatory risks are identified, mitigated, or formally accepted by the business. Collaborating with Probiotics regulatory professionals in regional regulatory teams to guide the business in selecting optimal routes to market and ensuring product compliance with applicable legislation in target countries. Owning Global Regulatory Advocacy and Intelligence by, in alignment with the Head of Human Health Regulatory Affairs Advocacy, defining company positions on product-related technical regulations and standards and coordinating actions to defend those positions.
To succeed you must hold:
A minimum of an MSc degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline (e.g., agricultural science, biotechnology, biology, microbiology, or a related field). 10-15 years of global food regulatory experience, gained within a businesstobusiness (food ingredients) and/or businesstoconsumer (food and dietary supplements) environment. Strong communication skills, with demonstrated experience working on crossdisciplinary projects in an international setting. Fluency in both spoken and written English. A collaborative, teamoriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and a willingness to learn, along with an appreciation for working in an informal, crosscultural organization.
Location: This position offers location flexibility and may be based at our headquarters in the greater Copenhagen area, Europe, or in North America (Canada or the U.S.), with the option to work remotely within these regions.
