  • Support attending physicians with patient management and care coordination

  • Improve access, reduce delays, and optimize team capacity

Onboarding & Training

  • Structured onboarding program with week-by-week guided learning

  • Comprehensive shadowing across urgent oncology care workflows and solid tumor and hematology infusion clinics

  • Self-directed learning modules with knowledge assessments

  • Progressive independence with ongoing mentorship and support

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced, high-acuity hematology and oncology practice

  • High level of professional autonomy within a collaborative team structure

  • Role specifically designed to improve patient access and continuity of care

  • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration among APPs, physicians, nurses, and pharmacists

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with certification and a Master's degree.
