Job OverviewAs an Account Expert, Specialized Business at T-Mobile for Business, (TFB) you'll play a pivotal role in marketing our diverse portfolio of business products and services to both existing and new customers. This is a true hunter role where your primary focus will be mining and growing existing accounts while introducing specific products and services to underserved customers as a results-oriented and persistent sales professional. This is a hunter focused role where you will focus on mining and growing existing underserved accounts and achieve sales results for designated TFB products or services. By effectively managing accounts and utilizing solutions-based selling, you'll analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and customize wireless voice and data products to maintain and expand our customer base. This position requires a high volume of customer calls, appointments, emails, and other interactions within your assigned accounts. A driven results-oriented and persistent sales professional with superior listening and communication skills, an outgoing personality, and an ability to build instant rapport with customers is key to success as a Specialized Business Account Expert.
