Your Team, Your Impact

The Human Resources organization encompasses several key functions that work together to support the full employee lifecycle and drive a positive, highperforming workplace. As the Sr. Administrative Assistant for Human Resources, this role supports the VP of HR Business Partners, the VP of Total Rewards, and the AVP of Talent Acquisition. Through proactive administrative partnership, this role helps contribute to an exceptional employee experience.

What You Can Expect

  • Heavy calendar management while scheduling key meetings and events, including room reservations, setup and caterings.
  • Coordinating meetings and calls across all levels of the organization and multiple time zones.
  • Organizing complex domestic and international travel arrangement including passport and visa requirements.
  • Creating and submitting expense reports in a timely matter.
  • Assist with special projects for the executive and/or team. Including research, analyze, compile data, and prepare reports.
  • Provides support for departmental events, quarterly events, and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization.
  • Facilitate effective communication across HR functions and with other business units.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, purchasing and finance systems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years administrative and business support in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. business administration, human resources, marketing, communications) preferred not required.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

35 - 52, $ per hour.

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
