This role manages a cross-functional team-including LMS Administrators, Training Coordinators, and Instructional Designers/Developers-across multiple geographies (US and India). The Learning Operations Manager ensures operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within the L&D function, driving impactful learning experiences that support organizational goals. This position partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to optimize learning technologies, processes, and programs, while fostering a culture of growth and performance.
