The Opportunity:

As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the Pathology Sales team by managing the day-to-day operations of the team and developing and executing critical data analytics reports, programs, projects, and/or sales initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Researches, collects, and analyzes a wide variety of complex data and information to address regular and ad-hoc data-related requests. This will include using multiple data sources and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to analyze and distill data into actionable insights.

  • Prepares routine to complex status reports and presentations for leadership stakeholders.

  • Support sales leaders by providing data that enhances sales strategy and effectiveness.

  • Drive the optimization and adherence of critical sales tools (Salesforce, Tableau) and ensure data integrity and process adherence across the entire Pathology organization.

  • Disseminates information related to key sales metrics and KPIs to internal and field-based employees.

  • Acts as a "voice of the sales team" and liaison to others within the company regarding the needs of the sales team, sales performance metrics, forecasting, market data, customer data, etc.

  • Organizes and leads regular cross-functional project meetings - drives meeting agendas, tracks meeting outcomes, and follows through on action items.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, Finance, Mathematics, Science, Business or related field.

  • You hold 6 years of progressive experience with research methods, analysis, financial and/or business analysis (quantitative and qualitative), pricing and/or forecasting.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced skill-level in Google Suite tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.), SalesForce, and Tableau

  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • Ability to lead/manage multiple functions and projects simultaneously and influence others in delivering results

  • Effective and efficient oral and written communication skills including confidence in presenting to senior leaders

Location:

  • This position is based onsite in our Indianapolis campus, however we will consider off-campus (remote).

  • Estimated travel: 10% (Regional/National Sales Meetings)

  • No relocation benefits are provided for this role

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $101,900 - $189,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
