Driver/Inventory Clerk - Hospital Services

Location: Coppell, TX
Service Line: Hospital (Acute) Services - DFW Area
Schedule: Monday-Friday (hours somewhat flexible)

Job Summary

DaVita is seeking a Full-Time Inventory Technician to support our Acute Services team in the DFW area. This is an urgent, hands-on role responsible for managing inventory, ensuring supply integrity, and delivering critical dialysis supplies to hospitals throughout the metroplex. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable driving a box truck, and eager to learn dialysis-related processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a DaVita box truck to deliver dialysis supplies to hospitals across the DFW area

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate stock availability

  • Monitor and manage supply expirations to ensure compliance and patient safety

  • Organize and maintain the supply hub to support efficient operations

  • Learn and assist with operating a disinfection cycler for dialysis machines

  • Support acute operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of supplies

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in storage and delivery areas

Required Qualifications
  • Ability and willingness to drive a box truck (valid driver's license required)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage inventory and track supply usage and expiration dates

  • Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving supplies (up to 50 pounds)

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • Willingness to learn dialysis-related equipment and processes

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in inventory management, logistics, warehouse, or delivery roles

  • Familiarity with healthcare or hospital environments

  • Experience organizing supply hubs or stockrooms
