We are looking for a hyper-organized, proactive, and versatile recruiting coordinator to join our collaborative talent acquisition team. As an important partner to our recruiters and hiring teams, you will support and uphold an efficient recruiting process while creating an exceptional candidate experience. You'll put your organization and communication skills to work to ensure candidates have a seamless visit to our manufacturing facility, that interviews and hiring events go off without a hitch, and that our recruiting data is accurate. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-moving start-up, gain experience in recruiting operations and have a direct impact on the growth of our mission-driven manufacturing efforts!

This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 - Form Energy's 550,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Weirton, WV, a commutable distance from Pittsburgh. Purpose-built for high-volume, advanced battery production, Form Factory 1 is a hub of fast-moving, collaborative work driving a new era of large-scale American energy manufacturing in the heart of the Rust Belt.

This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from our office in Weirton two days a week.

• Support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process by managing job postings, coordinating (at times) high volume of screens, job interviews, and owning candidate communication and experience

• Organize candidate site visits and travel, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates visiting our Weirton factory, troubleshooting last-minute scheduling changes as they arise

• Demonstrate Form Energy's values (humanity, excellence, and creativity) in all interactions with candidates, recruiters, business leaders, hiring managers, and interviewers

• Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting documentation

• Help plan and execute logistics for recruiting events, such as career fairs, batch interview days, and conferences

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support and improve the recruiting lifecycle for temporary manufacturing staff during critical production scale-up phases

• Identify and partner to drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate candidate experience

• BA/BS degree

• Exp in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting or a similar role with calendar management or coordination

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Attention to detail while juggling multiple task

• Experience with an applicant tracking system and/or Google Suite

• Demonstrated experience in systematic administrative skills
