As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help discourage unauthorized activity. You will greet team members and drivers, support access control, respond to security-related concerns, and document observations with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following post orders, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, yards, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or credentials, processing visitor and driver check-in, and maintaining required logs and documentation.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.
• Complete detailed incident reports, patrol reports, and shift handoff notes, and coordinate with operations staff regarding trailer moves, dock activity, and other site procedures when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
