Import Spring Up

Position Summary

1. Roll built frame to work station.
2. Read frame ticket specifications for spring type.
3. Clip all rails that require nosag clips. Install proper nosag springs into clips. Beat clips shut w/ hammer and attach with clip gun to secure. Attach tie wire with clinch gun then cover springs with spring cover material.
4. Install propex or cardboard to in arms/corners of frame (when required).
5. Install correct springs into frame after attaching the spring insulator pad (if required). Cover springs with spring cover.
6. Roll/push the job off line onto roller conveyor or slide the completed frame to line-up.
7. May perform other duties/ special or non-routine assignments as instructed.

Minimum one year of experiece.
