  • Synthesize complex strategic inputs across product, regional, and go-to-market teams to advise the CMO, recommend decisions, and prepare leadership for critical business reviews.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CMO-driving clarity, identifying risks, surfacing strategic insights, and ensuring teams remain focused on the highest-impact initiatives.

Enterprise Marketing Planning & Performance

  • Drive the Enterprise Marketing quarterly and fiscal year planning operating models in partnership with Enterprise Marketing leadership teams, Field Sales, Product, and cross-functional groups (GMO, ATS, Finance, HR).
  • Oversee planning & prioritization cadences-including QBRs, MBRs, annual planning, budget cycles, and strategic offsites.
  • Own performance rhythms (weekly/monthly/quarterly) including business inspection, KPI alignment, performance tracking, and insights generation for senior leadership.
  • Partner with Finance to lead spend forecasting, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure transparency into marketing investment ROI.

Executive Communications & Leadership Visibility

  • Build and operate a comprehensive, CMO-level communications framework-including org-wide all-hands, leadership communications, operational updates in partnership with marketing leadership business ops functions and executive comms teams.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, CEC content, board-level materials, and cross-functional communications that influence and align senior audiences.

Cross-Functional Orchestration & Strategic Programs

  • Partner with GMO business ops and strategy teams to drive priority alignment and program collaboration.
  • Partner with Digital Experience PMO and business managers across regions to ensure global-to-regional alignment and adoption of operating models.
  • Identify operational gaps across teams, functions, and segments; develop solutions to increase efficiency, scalability, and cross-team connection.

Leadership Operations & Organizational Excellence

  • Manage end-to-end leadership operations including strategic offsites, talent planning, promotions cycles, recognition programs, morale/engagement efforts, and VP/Sr. Director development.
  • Guide senior leaders through continuous cycles of improvement-simplifying workflows, improving cross-functional understanding, and reinforcing organizational priorities.
  • Ensure leaders have the systems, insights, and communication structures needed to operate at peak performance.
