We're looking for a Principal Engagement Manager to join Procore's Professional Services team. In this role, you'll architect and implement innovative solutions while driving strategic customer success. The primary goal of this role is to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies that maximize value for our users. As a Principal Engagement Manager, you'll partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to lead high-impact strategic initiatives. Use your strategic thinking, technical acumen, and communication skills to drive customer adoption and sustainable business growth. This is your chance to shape the future of construction technology. Base Pay Range: 154,224.00 - 212,058.00 USD AnnualOn Target Earning Range: 181,440.00 - 249,480.00 USD AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation.
