About The Position The Director, Innovation, Integrated Grid & Electrification is responsible for leading One Ameren strategies, planning, and execution related to transformative electrification, integrated grid modernization, and energy transition technologies. This role ensures Ameren is positioned to accelerate customer-driven load growth, strengthen grid resiliency, and meet the evolving dynamic needs of the distribution system. The Director will lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and deploying innovative grid and electrification technologies, ensuring strong alignment across Ameren Missouri, Ameren Illinois, Corporate Strategy, and Enterprise Innovation. The position also oversees Ameren's electrification strategy, grid technology assessments, and engagement with EPRI and Energy Impact Partners (EIP) investment portfolios. Additional Information: Ameren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include a leadership assessment process. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. Compensation Range: $165,100.00 - $255,900.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance. Director and above positions also include a Long-Term Incentive Plan and the option to enroll in a Deferred Compensation Plan.
