The Associate Director of Admissions (ADOA) assists the Director of Admissions in planning, implementation and control of all aspects of admissions for the University in order to meet established enrollment goals each year. This includes but is not limited to hiring, training and supervising Admissions staff. In addition, the ADOA ensures that Admissions staff thoroughly understand the regulations that are applicable to their activities in each state, all accreditation guidelines affecting their activities, the policies of the University and the educational programs offered. Requirements:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
