Sales & Support Specialist

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Sales & Support Specialist. As an Outbound Sales & Support Specialist, you will call existing customers and new leads, with a focus on up-selling products and services, retaining at-risk and high-value customers through consultative solution selling.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Will use the provided systems to call existing customers for the purpose of ensuring complete customer satisfaction and optimizing the customer's current and future products and services use through fact finding, active listening, and solution selling. .
* Educate the customer on many uses and positive attributes of our Customer Portal.
* Create business leads for outside territory representatives.
* Using technology set up appoints for the OSR's to meet with these customer and review: .
- Future Needs.
- Unresolved Issues from past Rentals.
- Communicate those findings to the appropriate OSR or PCM.
* Analyze customer needs with limited customer engagement. .
* Utilize all product knowledge and documentation to provide customers with product recommendations appropriate for their needs. .
* Generate incremental revenue for client partners. .
* Process orders that meet the requirements set by the client. .
* Job performance will be measured through a variety of related sales and quality metrics.
* Perform other duties assigned as assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
* College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
* Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills.
* Superior listening skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.
* Strong decision making abilities in an autonomous environment.
* Detail and follow up oriented.
* Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems preferred.
* Minimum 1 year sales experience required.
* Call center experience preferred.
* Proven sales track record.
