Director of Learning & Development
Overview Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization's enterprise learning ecosystem. Sets the learning strategy and ensures integration across instructional design, management development, and training delivery. Builds scalable programs that strengthen leadership capability, workforce performance, and compliance with regulatory agency requirements and OneBlood policies and procedures. This positions can be located in St. Petersburg, Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando Responsibilities The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the duties and responsibilities performed within this classification. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from an accredited University. Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the area of adult learning in a corporate training environment and minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training and/or experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS: Instructional design, e-learning, or project management certification preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
