Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule. Role Type: Full-time Salary: $165,000-$185,000 per year + annual bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. Summary: Provide daily oversight of all supplier engagements, processes, systems throughout the supplier's lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to supplier sourcing engagements, requests for proposals, supplier selection, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, and supplier termination or off boarding. Demonstrate best in class practices with managing supplier relationships, modeling proper supplier issue resolution, and supplier performance. Manage supplier intake with stakeholders on category of spend strategies to ensure alignment with preferred suppliers and overall supplier management strategies. Ensure supplier engagements have a complete cost of ownership and cost model for stakeholders and decisioning. Ensure supplier's contracts are aligned to the business's requirements.
