What you will do: The International Nurse Liaison/Case Manager is an expert clinical practitioner and skilled manager of systems that impact international patients' care. Coordinates care for a select caseload of patients from triage, care coordination during JHM management and safe transfer to home country, taking into consideration the cultural and social needs of the patient. Proactively communicates with payors to ensure approval of treatment plan and required resources. Participates in developing, evaluating, and revising processes for international patients, analyzing and utilizing aggregate variances and trends to improve clinical, quality, and fiscal outcomes. Salary Range: Minimum 42.34/hour - Maximum 65.62/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
