GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead projects to optimize product processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers to support product development and launch activities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts.
- Lead the implementation of new tools and enhancements, ensuring they meet operational needs and are integrated with existing systems.
- Develop and refine KPI tracking systems. Analyze KPI data to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvements.
- Coordinate with product teams to establish engagement strategies and track user interaction metrics. Provide analysis and recommendations based on user feedback.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the collection and synthesis of advanced analysis of product performance, usage, market trends, etc, including dashboards and reports
- Lead and manage complex projects within the product operations space, focused on process and product team efficiency and optimization. Drive the establishment of best practices for product management and SLDC, ensuring all teams leverage tools and processes effectively.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Mentoring and coaching junior product operations analysts
- Strategic advisor to product and business leaders
- Customer advocate, synthesizing feedback and insights for future development
- Organization and documentation, templates, guidelines, reference materials
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required
- 2-4 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
- Advanced skills in KPI development, analysis, and interpretation to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex data sets.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing projects with significant complexity and scale.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex insights to diverse audiences.
- Strong technical expertise in advanced data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, BI tools).
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions.
- Highly detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge in data analytics, user research, and product metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Jira & Confluence is a plus.
TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS
- Travel: up to 50%
- Nights/Weekends: Occasional nights, 5-7 times/year, depending on release needs.

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00/year.
