Position Description

Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

About the Department and/or College

The Office of Human Resources collaborates with administration, faculty, staff, and student employees to support university success. Human Resources is dedicated to assisting all members of the campus community to successful outcomes and provide support to all phases of the employment lifecycle.

Major/Essential Functions

As the Coordinator for HR Systems, everyday you will:

  • Support and manage day-to-day operations of the area by:
    • answering internal and external communications and email
    • updating HR Systems records
    • assist with HR projects
    • support the HR Department with granting system access, PC maintenance, and inventory
    • serve as administrator for the Campus Training Management System, including deployment of content, upgrades, configuration, user testing, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for the required experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Training Management Systems
