Major/Essential Functions
- Leader/point of contact for all on-campus recruiting events, including but not limited to: AIS visits, student VIPs, Connect Tech, TTU Preview, Select Tech, Spring Break Visit Days, Summer Showcase, Saturday Visit Days, and Transfer Visit Days.
- Serve as liaison to University Advising for the recruitment of current undecided students. Collaborate with TTU stakeholders across campus to be a liaison for prospective students regarding all resources and opportunities for future College of Education students.
- Organize staffing for and attend face-to-face and virtual recruiting events including Raider Roadshows, community college fairs, transfer fairs, high-school visits, and all off-campus recruiting events as needed. Create email campaigns for enrollment management.
- Collaborate with the Associate Dean of Enrollment Management and Marketing Director to develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase student enrollment. Coordinate Red Raider Orientation efforts for the College of Education, including ambassador staffing, session planning, and collaboration with University Student Enrollment, Admissions, and Advising.
- Design, implement, and oversee college-wide recruitment communications, including segmented email campaigns, interest form follow-up, and yield communications for accepted students. Utilize data to develop strategic recruiting strategies.
- Lead and manage district partnership outreach across Texas to strengthen 2+2 and 2+1 pathway programs, including coordination with community colleges, site coordinators, and district leaders to identify potential expansion opportunities.
- Manage programming for Student Ambassadors, including but not limited to: conducting interviews annually, developing and updating policies, scheduling the annual program calendar, collaborating with the student engagement coordinator to schedule student engagement hours, ordering uniform attire based on the allocated budget, and planning and hosting training for all ambassadors.
- Develop and oversee the Ambassador Mentorship Program, pairing ambassadors with faculty mentors, coordinating mentorship activities, and tracking progress to support leadership and professional development.
- Train new recruiters and provide ongoing support for college and university recruitment initiatives. Oversee recruiting student assistants whose responsibility is to assist with recruiting needs. Manage the development and dissemination of recruiting materials, marketing/promotional items, presentations, and information about all undergraduate programs. Manage programming for orientation.
- Collaborate with faculty, advisors, and program directors to ensure accurate representation of degree pathways, certification requirements, and program updates in all recruitment materials. Assist the Associate Dean of Enrollment Management and Marketing and the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Affairs with other duties and tasks that benefit students as needed.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Three years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

- Experience in recruitment or admissions, public relations.

Annualized Pay Range $48,000 - $63,700 - $78,400
Pay Statement Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
