We're looking for a proactive and detail-orientedInside Sales Coordinatorto join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customers and sales team, while growing your career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our internal teams. You'll ensure smooth communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Build strong relationshipswith customers through regular communication via phone and email.
  • Coordinate order schedulingand resolve issues such as back orders or delivery delays.
  • Ensure accuracyin data entry for quotes and orders based on take-off specifications.
  • Support account managersby helping fulfill customer requests and troubleshoot problems.
  • Collaborate across departmentsincluding sales, shipping, and product management.
  • Communicate updatesto customers through bulletins, brochures, and program information.
  • Participate in product trainingand attend trade shows or product launches as needed.
  • Contribute to team successby meeting individual goals and supporting team objectives.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or construction-related environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with business software is a plus.

    • Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $45,000-$50,000

      annually dependent on experience*

      *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

      Bonus/Incentive Pay: The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
