Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex industrial electronic and numerically controlled systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and electronic theory, maintenance practices, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with industrial machinery and control systems.

Job Responsibilities




  • Determine methods and sequence of operations to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electronic and numerically controlled systems, including solid-state components and related devices.



  • Apply knowledge of electrical and electronic theory and maintenance procedures to ensure effective system operation and repair.



  • Read and interpret ladder logic notation and apply it to troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.



  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues with malfunctioning industrial electronic and numerical control systems, including prototype systems.



  • Operate at various heights and use moving or telescoping boom vehicles and equipment as required.




Job Requirements




  • Minimum of one year of experience in electronic repair or servicing of machine tools or other electronically controlled closed-loop devices.



  • Minimum of one year of experience with PC/computer-controlled device operation, troubleshooting, and repair (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell Automation).



  • Minimum of one year of experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) setup, troubleshooting, and repair.



  • Ability to work in a manufacturing production environment and troubleshoot production machinery control systems.



  • Must wear steel-toed shoes (provided if not already owned).


  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen
