Overview

Provides analytical support to the Credit Analysis Department and assists in the preparation of credit analyses. Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Spread a variety of financial statements and prepare cash flow analyses.
  • Assist Credit Analysts in the analysis process, including obtaining industry information, comparables, providing spreads and cash flow tables, and other support.
  • Train with an assigned Senior Credit Analyst to further develop skillset.
  • Under the guidance of assigned Senior Credit Analyst, analyze financial statements and provide interpretative analysis for use in loan decision making. Underwrite investment reviews. May be assigned underwriting for renewals, mortgage reviews, modifications, or new money requests.
  • Work with credit colleagues and lenders on a routine basis, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills throughout.
  • Support special projects within the Credit Analysis Department as required.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Performs any functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.

Requirements

Work Experience
  • 3+ years of completed college coursework in accounting and finance is required
Additional Requirements
  • Knowledge of accounting is required.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software, including the Bank's Commercial Loan Origination System.

Expected Pay Range

The expected annual pay range for this role is $34,093 to $40,609. This pay range is the annual salary we in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation paid may fluctuate higher or lower than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future due to several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, certifications, and qualifications, internal equity, adjustments to the requirements and responsibilities of the job, business needs, and economic and market data.
