Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of insurance or business-related experience and/or Bachelor's Degree from accredited program in Business, Insurance, Risk Management or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* Professional verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly communicate messages
* General understanding of insurance programs and claims processes, desired
* Familiar with insurance concepts, terminology, coverages, and endorsements
* Interest in learning about commercial construction and insurance
* Proficient computer, data entry, and Microsoft suite of applications skills
* Exceptional organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and timely documentation
* Good judgment to identify problems, escalate issues, and maintain confidentiality
* Active listening skills, responsive, and strong follow-up practices
* Approachable, proactive, and professional attitude while working in ever changing environment
* Work independently with oversight and direction, and collaboratively with teams
* Limited travel
