The Business Operations & Transformation Director is a strategic and operational leader who reports directly to the AVP, Strategic Operations & Transformation. This role encompasses two primary areas of responsibility: serving as a critical driver of enterprise-wide AI transformation and providing operational leadership support for CAPTG Product & Technology Group executive operations. The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, operational expertise, and stakeholder management skills to drive transformational change while ensuring seamless execution of CPO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) priorities. The ideal candidate is AI-forward, leveraging AI tools daily to model the transformation they champion.
In the transformation domain, this role advances enterprise AI adoption by partnering with CAPTG and functional leaders, AI Business Champions, and other key stakeholders to drive AI transformation across functional areas to implement governance frameworks and drive adoption program. In the operational domain, the role provides critical leadership support for CPO/SLT activities including OKR management, executive forums, quarterly reporting, and strategic coordination. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can navigate complexity, influence without authority, and deliver results across both transformation initiatives and operational excellence. USD 134,900.00 - 224,900.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $134,900.00 - $224,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
