The Provisioning Analyst supports account provisioning and fulfillment activities for cloud-based solutions while working closely with Sales and crossfunctional teams. This role is ideal for earlycareer professionals who are eager to learn, detailoriented, and thrive in a collaborative, fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities * Create and manage customer accounts, link solution accounts to cloud organizations, and enable user access and features * Perform product upgrades, renewals, suspensions, and account terminations * Review contracts to ensure fulfillment requests are accurate, supportable, and viable for provisioning * Develop and follow provisioning guidelines and work instructions to ensure accurate request fulfillment * Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Order Management, Marketing, and Operations * Monitor daily requests, prioritize workload, and communicate issues that may impact timelines * Manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) * Track, fulfill, and reduce backlog while providing guidance to requestors * Analyze and interpret data to support decisionmaking and resolve issues * Maintain accurate SharePoint databases and internal dashboards * Support billing transfers, billing ID updates, and remapping requests * Partner closely with Program Management to support daily provisioning and handle exception requests * Represent the organization professionally in all internal and external interactions Top Skills * Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Professional demeanor with a positive attitude * Highly detailoriented and well organized * Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities * Strong problemsolving skills and flexibility * Even temperament with excellent work ethic and commitment Qualifications * 1-2 years of postgraduate experience or equivalent * Comfort working in large, crossfunctional team environments * Experience with customer service, sales operations, or systems/operations is a plus * Exposure to ERP systems or tools such as Workday is a plus Additional Information * Collaborative team environment * Informal interview process with multiple team members * Opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to process improvements Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lehi, UT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.87 - $28.87/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
